5. Access, correction, and objection: You may view, change, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to the use of your personal data, in particular to prevent you from receiving advertising and marketing information. 6. Confidentiality and security: we ensure that reasonable technical and organizational measures are in place to protect your personal data against misuse, unlawful loss, or unauthorized use, disclosure, or access.
7. Sharing and international transfer: We may share your personal data within the PANGAEA Digital Agency group or with third parties (such as commercial partners and/or service providers), solely for the purposes of this policy. We take appropriate measures to ensure the security of such data when sharing and transferring it.

4. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
We need certain information from you, such as when you request information or visit our websites. In these cases, we process data. We also use third parties who receive certain personal data and process it on behalf of PANGAEA Digital Agency. This happens, for example, when sending your confirmation, sending brochures and mailings, sending personal offers, or processing a survey that you receive from us after going live.

a. Contact details (name, telephone number, and email address)
We may need to contact you. We will call you if we have any questions and may send you a message, for example.
You will also receive newsletters by email if you have subscribed to them. If you would prefer not to receive newsletters and offers, you can easily unsubscribe by sending an email to support@pangaea.nl.
b. IP addresses
On the internet, we, or third parties acting on our behalf, may look at your IP address. We remember your preferences so we can provide you with appropriate advice. This can also be used for fraud protection.
