**6. Confidentiality and security: **we ensure that reasonable technical and organizational measures are in place to protect your personal data against misuse, unlawful loss or unauthorized use, disclosure or access.

Sharing and international transfer: **we may share your personal data within the PANGAEA Digital Agency group or with third parties (such as commercial partners and/or service providers), solely for the purposes of this policy. We take appropriate measures to ensure the security of such sharing and transfer of data.

4. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

We need certain data from you, such as when requesting information and visiting our websites. In these cases, we process data. We also use third parties who receive and process certain personal data on behalf of PANGAEA Digital Agency. This happens, for example, when sending your confirmation, sending brochures and mailings, sending personal offers, or processing a survey that you receive from us after launch.

8. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN THE EVENT OF (INTERNATIONAL) TRANSFER?

For the purposes of Article 7 of this policy, we may transfer your personal data to recipients who may reside in countries with a different level of personal data protection.

Therefore, PANGAEA Digital Agency has also taken appropriate measures to ensure the secure internal transfer of your personal data or to an external recipient located in a country with a different level of privacy protection than that of the country in which the personal data is collected.
